Sharing and Celebrating Cultures
We will soon be celebrating the feast day of our patron, St Francis of Assisi. This will be on Sunday 6th October 2019, 11:30am – 2:30pm in the school hall. Our aim is to bring all parishioners together as one family to celebrate our diversity of cultures. Please talk to people within your own culture and put your organiser’s name forward to the Parish Office. Each culture is asked to provide some food/entertainment/or game to share with others. You are also asked to wear your National Costume.
The Parish Council will be setting up on the Saturday 5th October, so if you have items that could help in a colourful display please advise Fr Tien, Moly Antony, or Pauline Cosgrove Haggerty.
All parishioners are welcome to also bring a plate of food to share as well.
