Our Faith Our Future – Bishop’s Proposed Plan

Area Meetings Bishop Paul continues with his area meetings around the greater Christchurch area.  These meetings are an opportunity to hear from Bishop Paul about his vision and the opportunity for people to ask questions.

The dates and venues for the remaining meetings with Bishop Paul are below. 

Central – Tuesday 23rd July 7:30pm Cathedral College Hall, 62 Ferry Road

Selwyn – Sunday 28th July 2:00pm at Lincoln Event Centre, 15 Meijer Dr, Lincoln

Waimakariri/Hurunui – Tuesday 30th July 7:30pm at Chervier Centre, Rangiora

Frequently Asked Questions on the Bishop’s Planned Proposal are available in the church foyer (or online at  We encourage you to read these, as questions you have may already have been addressed.

Feedback Deadline for the Bishop’s Plan is 30th August 2019.  For ease of collation, feedback online is encouraged and will take approximately 10 minutes.  The feedback questionnaire comprises specific questions as well as space for people to give general feedback.  The process allows for individual or group feedback.  Hardcopies of the evaluation form are available in the church foyer.  To date over 200 submissions have been received online and a good number of hard copy submissions as well.

Group Feedback Training Session TODAY (21st July) The Bishop’s Pastoral Office would like to assist group leaders in facilitating group feedback sessions on the Bishops proposed plan “Our Faith, Our Future”.   This afternoon at 3:30pm they will run an information and support session in the Assisi LoungeAt this session information will be given on the online forms and how to fill them out, as well as tools and suggestions for engaging groups in the feedback process. These sessions are open to anyone who will be facilitating (or supporting) the group feedback process. Contact Matt on 366 9869 for more information.
